Build

We utilise the latest technology and 3D software to produce cnc cut files to insure an accurate, fast and cost effective build process.

 

All of our aluminium designs are cnc cut and supplied in a kitset form. With all of the notching, slots and marking completed during the cnc process this significantly reduces construction time.

 

We also use the cnc process with our composite designs, supplying cut files for composite kitsets, temporary frames/plugs and 3D models for 5 axis machining of moulds or plugs.
